Layer Cakes: 12-16 slices
Pound Cakes: 10-12 slices
Large Pies: 8 slices
Caramel, Strawberry, Chocolate, and Pound Cakes can be stored at room temperature for 7 days.
Italian Cream, Rainbow, and Red Velvet Cakes can stay refrigerated for 7 days.
Coconut Cakes should be enjoyed quickest, since they only stay fresh in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Frozen: Leave the wrap on your cake to defrost, and allow 4 hours at room temperature for your cake to thaw.
On Dry Ice: Leave wrap on cake to defrost, and allow 8 hours at room temperature for cake to thaw.
Chocolate, Rainbow, Red Velvet, Strawberry, Italian Cream, and Pound Cakes can be kept frozen for up to a year.
Caramel and Coconut can be kept frozen for up to 4 months.
