This decadent twist on our classic strawberry layer cake includes our signature strawberry batter and icing that Mississippi natives and Sugaree’s fans know and love. For extra indulgence and a bit of romance, we’ve added a glorious amount of dark chocolate ganache and fresh, ripe strawberries.

Sugar, strawberries, eggs, butter, canola oil, pre-mix (sugar, enriched bleached wheat flour, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, wheat starch, baking soda, dicalcium phosphate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate, corn starch, modified dextrose, propylene glycol mono and diesters of fats, isolated soy protein, salt, whey, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin, guar gum, xanthan gum, mono and diglycerides, natural and artificial flavors), buttermilk, strawberry gelatin (sugar, corn syrup, gelatin, adipic acid, red 40, red 40 lake), chocolate ganache.

Serves: 12-16. Storage: Store at room temperature for up to 7 days. Thawing instructions: Frozen – Leave the wrap on your cake to defrost, and allow 4 hours at room temperature for your cake to thaw. On Dry Ice – Leave wrap on cake to defrost, and allow 8 hours at room temperature for cake to thaw.
