Our Coconut Cake is full of flavor and couldn’t be any moister. We start with butter layers and pours a melted butter glaze over the hot cake layers, then spreads their cooked divinity icing and tops with fresh coconut!

Sugar, eggs, cream of coconut (coconut, sugar, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, salt, propylene glycol, alginate, mono and diglycerides, citric acid, guar gum, locust bean gum), enriched wheat flour, butter, buttermilk, marshmallow (corn syrup, sugar, modified corn starch, water, gelatin, tetrasodium, pyrophosphate, artificial flavor, blue 1), coconut, coconut milk, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, vanilla extract.

Serves: 12-16. Storage: Refrigerate for up to 2-3 days. Thawing instructions: Frozen – Leave the wrap on your cake to defrost, and allow 4 hours at room temperature for your cake to thaw. On Dry Ice – Leave wrap on cake to defrost, and allow 8 hours at room temperature for cake to thaw.
