This Italian Cream Cake features three layers of coconut, pecan, walnut butter cake layered with fresh pineapple, cream cheese icing and pecan sprinkles.

Sugar, cream cheese, pineapple, eggs, butter, buttermilk, enriched wheat flour, sweetened coconut (coconut, sugar, water, propylene glycol, salt, sodium metabisulfite), coconut milk, pecans, walnuts, baking soda, baking powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), vanilla extract, salt.

Serves:12-16. Storage: Refrigerate for up to 7 days. Thawing instructions: Frozen – Leave the wrap on your cake to defrost, and allow 4 hours at room temperature for your cake to thaw. On Dry Ice – Leave wrap on cake to defrost, and allow 8 hours at room temperature for cake to thaw.
